Returns & Refunds

  1. Cancellation of order: Orders once placed will not be exchanged or canceled.

  2. Damaged Product reporting:

    1. We recommend that the buyer be present during delivery and installation.

    2. If the order/s arrives in a damaged condition, bring it to the notice of the Delivery & Installation team immediately. The team will assess the damage, and depending on the extent of damage, will attempt to repair and install to your satisfaction.

    3. If the damaged order cannot be repaired on-the-spot, a decision will be arrived at by our team at Furnituremama FM within 3 business days. The product/s will be then either repaired or replaced.

    4. In case a manufacturing defect is detected later to installation, the report with the support of clear photographs, written description in details, and the order number to Customer Care at +919873100693 Or mail us at hello@furnituremama.com
      FM will verify the authenticity of the defect (buyer’s compliance to adhere to the process of verification is binding) and if found genuine, will attempt resolution.

  1. Warranty:

    1. All products are covered under one year warranty for manufacturing defects (except Polyurethane, PVC, Leather Fabric parts or any Upholstery material).

    2. If it is found that any physical damage to a product has been caused due to negligence or mishandling by the customer, Furnituremama FM will not be obliged to initiate a replacement, refund or a credit note even if it is within the 1 year warranty period.

    3. Products within the warranty period will be serviced free of charge. Product out of warranty period will attract appropriate charges.

    4. The servicing of the Products outside the city limits of Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad will be serviced free of charge if within the warranty period, but the transportation and accommodation of the technician will be borne by the customer within or beyond the warranty period.

 

  1. Damaged Product resolution:

If accepted, FM will attempt resolution for the product with manufacturing damage in one of the following ways, a company’s discretion. The Warranty conditions will apply for charges and the mode of resolution

    1. Repair at the buyer’s location.

    2. Repair at Service Centre.

    3. Replacement with a product of the buyer’s choice of the same price. Any price difference will either be paid for by the buyer or paid back by Furnituremama FM to the buyer with a credit note/refund.

 

  1. Modification of the product:

FM strictly recommends against the modification of any of its products whether in part or whole.

  1. Refunds: 

  1. In case the product is out of stock, Furnituremama FM offers the customer a choice of an alternate product of similar value. If the customer does not as the alternate product offered then a credit note will be issued amounting to the product price and shipping cost if applicable. Or, the full value (product value + shipping cost if applicable) will be refunded within 7 working days.

  2. If applicable and confirmed to the buyer in writing, Furnituremama FM will refund the price of the product for products paid for by Credit card/Online banking/Debit card: Refunds will be initiated online to the respective account.
